Algunos miembros del FRAVA lo anunciaron: Orden de captura contra el cantante ‘Poncho’ Zuleta

La Fiscalía Quinta Especializada de Valledupar profirió una orden de captura contra el cantautor villanuevero Tomás Alfonso Poncho Zuleta por el presunto delito de favorecimiento a grupos de autodefensas, y ayer el artista anunció por medio de su abogado que se entregaría ante las autoridades competentes el martes.
Se conoció a través de uno de los abogados que Poncho Zuleta habría solicitado a la Fiscalía le fuera revocada la medida para agilizar su presentación ante el organismo investigador, situación que fue negada debido a que la fiscal que lleva la investigación goza de su periodo de vacaciones y el encargado no cuenta con facultades para esta determinación, informó Caracol Radio.
A este mismo proceso fueron vinculados el ex candidato al concejo de Valledupar, Moisés Andrade y el empresario del chance Benjamín Calderón.
El mismo periódico, de Barranquilla, había publicado el 3 de enero de 2010:
‘Poncho’ Zuleta espera aclarar su situación con la Justicia
Valledupar.
Por el delito de concierto para delinquir a raíz de la supuesta financiación del bloque norte de las Autodefensas es investigado el cantante vallenato Alfonso Poncho Zuleta Díaz.
Las indagaciones las adelanta la Fiscalía desde hace un año cuando Omar Calderón Celedón, alias Cocoliso, antiguo jefe de seguridad de los subcomandantes del bloque norte, afirmó en audiencia que Zuleta visitaba con frecuencia el corregimiento La Mesa para llevarles dinero a los jefes paramilitares.
EL HERALDO intentó dialogar con el cantante vallenato, pero no fue posible ya que, según su representante Joaco Guillén, se encuentra en las afueras de la ciudad. Sin embargo, Guillén indicó que se espera un pronunciamiento oficial de la Fiscalía ya que en ocasiones anteriores se ha dicho que Zuleta está tras las rejas, sin que sea cierto.
Negó que su representado se haya dado a la fuga, como también se ha comentado. JDR
